The Yupiit of Andreafski Tribal Government is actively sponsoring numerous green initiatives to reduce St. Mary’s collective environmental footprint, such as:

    - collecting junk vehicles, which are backhauled by Crowley Services 

    - organizing the annual spring clean-up 

    - distributing aluminum can recycling containers at various office within city Hall and local schools. Cans are flown out of St. Mary's through the ALPAR’s flying cans programs.
